As Innkeepers of the Bradley Inn we have been assisting couples create their fairytale wedding for over eleven years. It gives us great pleasure and satisfaction to provide a beautiful environment, unforgettable food and attention to every detail.

The Bradley Inn is tucked away on Maine’s most spectacular peninsula and of a size to accommodate larger gatherings yet provide the warmth and charm of a country inn. Picture you and your guests having exclusive use of the Inn for the weekend along with a staff committed to showering you with a big dose of Downeast charm & hospitality!

We offer dining options oceanfront or in our blooming perennial gardens with styles ranging from elegant six course menus to a traditional Down East lobster bake. A stones throw from the dramatic granite coastline and historic Pemaquid Lighthouse the Bradley Inn offers a setting unsurpassed in natural beauty. The Bradley Inn is a perfect place to create perfect memories, a place to return to year after year. Getting married at the Bradley Inn affords the option of saying “I do” beneath an antique Victorian arbor cascading with English roses or at the edge of the bold Atlantic Ocean sheltered by the magical Pemaquid Lighthouse. Perhaps your sense of adventure moves you to boat up to
The Contented Sole dock overlooking the Pemaquid Harbor and say your vows while the sun turns the bay to liquid gold. Of course the serenity and quiet of a century old Meeting House may be what you are looking for as well. You decide and we will make it happen!

Cuisine

Our chef and kitchen staff is pleased to offer their talents in the form of a creative, elegant menu using the freshest ingredients available. We will be glad to provide menus to suit your individual preferences. We can provide an event tailored to your taste in the form of a lavish cocktail reception with butlered hors d’oeuvres, simple & elegant summer luncheons or extravagant and luxurious six course dinner menus. Prices begin at $45 per person for Brunch and Luncheons. Dinner begin at $75 per person. Lobster bakes at our waterfront location $50 per person. We offer a Premier Wedding Package for an all inclusive price of $215 per person for those of you that would like to leave all the planning to us!

Wedding Policies

Facility fee $2500
Because of the intimate setting we require that the wedding party reserve the entire property. The 16 rooms range in price from $165~$250 per night B&B.

Champagne & Wine
Our award winning wine list offers an excellent selection of wines from modest to more costly vintages. Your choice of wine will be served by our wait staff during the course of your dinner or reception.

Beverage Services
We provide an attended bar in a central location. Experience has shown that a one hour cocktail reception averages $12.00 to $15.00 per person.

Deposit/ Cancellation
A $2500 deposit is required to hold a function date.

A deposit equivalent to 50% of the estimated cost of the function is required 90 days prior to the event. Deposits must be made by cash or check and are nonrefundable.

Billing Procedures
A service charge of 20% and a Maine state sales tax of 7% will be applied to all food and beverage charges.

Payment for any event is to be made at the conclusion of the event unless prior arrangements have been made. We gladly accept personal and business checks, cash or major credit cards.
