Policies:

• For the comfort of our guests The Bradley Inn is a totally smoke free environment
• Room occupancy is for two guests, any additional guest will be $35/guest/night
• We ask that you call us at 207-677-2105 upon your arrival
• The keys to your room along with a welcome letter will be placed in your room prior to arrival

Check in/Check out – Check in time is 3 pm. Check out is 11 am.

If you are from out of state please note that the following will be required upon arrival:

a complete copy of a Maine Certificate of Compliance
proof of a negative Covid-19 test which has been completed within 72 hours of arrival

Covid-19 policies

We ask that all guests come prepared with their own masks and gloves
We ask that guests wear a mask at all times while on the property except in their own guest room
We ask that guests maintain 6 feet of social distancing from all other people on the property
We will not enter your room after check in, therefore not performing room make ups during any stay of more than one night; we will provide a laundry bag for any linens that you would like replaced
We are taking extensive precautions to sanitize, disinfect and clean and by incorporating the necessary steps with our staff to maintain a safe environment for all. The Bradley Inn, it’s ownership and staff will not be held responsible for a guest becoming sick with Covid-19 while at the inn or subsequent to their stay
