At our B&B in Coastal Maine, we are grateful to have a team of fabulous people that enjoy working with us as we do with them. Each staff member takes pride in what they do and are dedicated to making The Bradley Inn and Restaurant a destination that is enjoyable and relaxing for our guests. General Policies & FAQs for Accommodations at The Bradley Inn:

• • What time are check-in and check-out?
    • Check-in is from 3:00 pm to the time of your arrival. Check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. You will receive a text the day before arrival with instructions/information regarding your room and the day of your arrival with a digital registration link.

• • Is breakfast included?
    • Yes, a gourmet breakfast is included daily with your stay, featuring locally sourced ingredients and house-made baked goods, fresh fruit and daily hot entrees.

• • Are Wi-Fi and other amenities offered?
    • Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the inn. Guests also enjoy onsite parking, onsite restaurant and bar, warm and inviting common areas, water, ice and flower arrangement in the guestrooms and beautifully landscaped gardens.

• • Is The Bradley Inn pet-friendly?
    • While we love animals, pets are not allowed, to ensure a peaceful and allergy-friendly environment for all guests.

• • What is your Cancellation policy?
    • When booking the Best Available Rate, the cancellation must be made 14 days or more in advance to be refundable minus a small processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to full charges. When booking the Rest Easy Rate, the cancellation may be made up to 3 days in advance to be refundable minus a $40 processing fee. Group bookings and events have separate policies..

    • We are a non-smoking property

• • What is your deposit requirement?
    Deposit of the greater of one night plus tax or 50% of total stay will be taken upon booking.

    The Bradley Inn is located in New Harbor, Maine, just a short walk from the iconic Pemaquid Point Lighthouse and within a short walking or driving distance to galleries, beach, ocean views, pine forests, and charming harbors.

• • What types of rooms are available at The Bradley Inn?
    The inn offers 15 uniquely appointed guest rooms and suites, each with private baths, luxurious linens, and cozy coastal decor. Some rooms include view of the bay in the distance, gas fireplaces, plus additional amenities.

• • Is there a restaurant at The Bradley Inn?
    Yes, The Bradley Inn restaurant is open to both guests and the public, and offers fine dining with a focus on fresh, local seafood and seasonal Maine ingredients.

• • Do I need reservations to dine at the restaurant?
    Yes, dinner reservations are highly recommended, especially during the summer and fall seasons. Also, check for which days of the week the restaurant is open.

• • What are the top things to do near The Bradley Inn?
    Top attractions include visiting Pemaquid Point Lighthouse, boat tours to Monhegan Island, hiking, kayaking, beachcombing, perusing the many artist galleries and exploring nearby and exploring nearby Damariscotta and other nearby towns.

    Absolutely! The inn offers a peaceful setting, elegant rooms, and intimate elopement packages for couples seeking a special escape to the Maine coast.
